Rio Notes

• • Work with your District to get a plan in place to set Displays up.
  • If Islands are not put up upon delivery they need to be stored in a safe place with signage HOLD FOR HAMPSHIRE. One store already had islands come back to the farm…..
  • POP will be shipped with Islands.
  • POP will need to be installed by the supervisors.
  • Every store will need a Rio tote to keep signage organized.

Cold Weather Protection 

If temps reach 36 degrees or below, product needs to be racked up and brought inside overnight. 37-40 degrees need to cover, and water first thing in the morning to prevent frost damage.  If coverage is not an option, please bring inside when you’re expecting below 37.
