• Focus should be 10in DND and 12in Planters on the Monster Rack and 8in/10in Baskets on the A-Frame

POP

• Pop should be up on all Monster Racks and A Frames.

Merchandising

• Now that Memorial Day is behind us, we need to start culling tired product. If we are seeing Dipladenia with no blooms, a lot of leaf drop, or browned out foliage they need to be tossed, and cycle counted.
• Tired accent plants that have been here over a month need to be tossed. All shipment dates are on each 5x8 sign. We will go over on our Monday call.
• We need to pull product out on the ground and sweep up all the leaf drop, dirt, and garbage under islands and tables.
• Product needs to be rotated to maintain blooms. We need to rotate product on racks, tables, and islands. Rio needs a lot of sun so if trays and planters are at the back of the island or on carts they will not survive.
