• Asiatic Planters are on AD Thursday May 2^nd at EDLP. Merchandise them on Apron Endcap 3.
• Start working 2G product on pallets in front of Apron tables.
• We need to get shrubs off racks and merchandise them in the corral. Stuff with Stuff.

Rack Staging

 

• Stage like product with like product.
• Pod racks together. Vigoro with Vigoro, PW with PW, etc.
• Keep overflow racks close to where product will go.
• Make sure racks are signed with price signs and BMSM signs.

 

 Shrubs

 

• The delivery schedule has been sent out.
• Shrubs need to be merchandised in the corral NOT on perennial tables.
• Work with your shrub partners on space.
• Shrubs need to be a part of your perennial pictures.
• Do not leave them on racks in the corral. They need to be merchandised every visit.

 

 Accelerator Trees

 

• Use your NEW Accelerator Tree 12x24 signage.
• We also have 5x8 sun signs that need to be utilized.
• All the trees have been dropped. Make sure we water them when needed.

 

    Empty CC Racks

 

• Cut banners and zip ties off racks.
• Clean garbage off racks.
• Pick one spot in the back of the store to use the entire season for empties.
• Send back starter and gallon trays on one rack.
• Notify Jeremy Allen when you have a surplus of empty racks.
