Focus Items

 

  • We will look to go 50% OFF Perennials Thursday September 10th in MN & STL Markets.
    • Utilize your 12x24 50% OFF signs on Apron Table 1 and IGC Table 1. (2 per store)
    • Work with stores to create some extra BFS signage.
    • 5x8 50% OFF signs should be used on Endcaps and Table runs. (10 per store)

 

  •  Space perennial product out on tables. Product needs some room to breathe. Trays should not be 4 rows deep!
  • Birch Logs. Please put these in the Farmers Market/Pumpkin areas.  If Farmers Market/Pumpkin area is not set yet, please put right after our 2G Spotlight Area.
    • Be sure to partner with Stinchcomb and don’t just toss them in with their racking and displays. Whiskey barrels work well for displaying birch in the Farmers Market Area.
    • Pallets are also a good option so they can be easily moved
  • If there is open table space, move product forward. Use back open table space to get 50% product off racks. Big signage to call our deals.  Time is running out, call out our sale items please.
    • Let stores know we are clearing tables and remove header signs.
  • Please ensure you are filling out the “Rack Count” Form each store visit.
  • Regular perennial pictures should be taken this week.

Altman Outdoor-Entire outdoor program will be 50% starting 8/14/26 except 8in C&S (currently on Special Buy for $19.98) and the 8in Casks, which they will ship more in September.

 

Pinery-Product should be worked by farmers markets on pallets or Burpee racking. If there is available table space on the Apron or in the IGC that can be used as well.
