Focus Items

  • Mother’s Day Tables need to be built in all stores this week.
  • 10in Sansevieria spec is small, but they are still shipping.
  • Easter skus will go back to full retail Tuesday April 27th.
  • The vining program is meant to stay on racks. Product should not be worked on pods.

 

Shipping Plan

 

  • 4/27- MD Order 
    • RD1: HPA- 2 FOL, HB, FLO, SPC, ORD
      • 2ndround of Mother’s Day 
      • Hydrangeas - Majority
    • RD2: TRP
      • 2 Trucks Vining Program
      • Maybe start Patio

 

  • 5/4- Mother’s Day Week
    • RD1: FOL, HB, FLO, SPC, ORD, TRP
      • Last of Hydrangeas (If any are left)
    • RD2: FLO, FOL, Trops 

 

  • 5/11 Mother’s Day Replenishment 
    • RD 1: HPA/TROPS
    • RD 2: Patio/DND Bromo

HPA Ads

  • HPA Ads are done for the year!

 

Mother’s Day Table

  • Primary location should be in front of the paint desk.
  • Secondary location should be in the Garden Drive Isle.
  • Keep decorations simple…. Table clothes can be expensed.
  • Product should be striped short to tall from the main entrance.
  • Orchids, Floral upgrades, Hydrangeas, Specialty, & 6in Spath should be the focus on tables.
  • Hydrangeas can be table wrapped.
  • Flank tables with 10in China Dolls/Planview racks.
  • Pictures should be submitted under “HOLIDAY” this week.
  • All store pictures need to be submitted by EOB Friday.

 

New HPA 5x8 Signs

  • Signs should be placed on the top of your Vigoro pod.

 

Pest Protocol

  • Check product for bugs on delivery days.
  • If you find bugs on product pictures need  to be taken and sent to your supervisor.
  • If the whole plant is not infected remove leaves with pruners.

 

 Outdoor HPA-Product can go outside if it is 50 degrees+ overnight

  • Check your weather every day!
  • We have some cold temperatures next week even in STL where the HPA items below will need to be brought inside.

 The Plant Company

 

  • Shipping schedule will be sent out today.
  • Email Travis about inventory needs.
  • Be aggressive culling product on permanent racks to make room for new shipments.
  • Permanent racks will be shipping to the STL Market. Schedule will be sent out.

 

Plainview/Altman

 

  • Cull product this week both companies will be shipping heavy the next few weeks to build up inventory before Mother’s Day.
  • New product will be shipping with HF orders this week on CC racks for Mother’s Day.
  • Work product near Mother’s Day Tables.
