Focus Items

    • Make this a priority in stores Tuesday/Wednesday.

    • Low sell thru, (49.6%) think about transferring remaining units if some stores aren’t selling them

 The Plant Company

  •  TPC – H2O Bowls Was/Now starting July 31st.
    • $10 Sale Rack product will be sent in with HF orders this week.

 

Plainview/Altman

 

  • Plainview will be shipping to select stores this week. Schedule has been sent out.
  • Wooden racks need to be taken off HF/CC racks with a forklift in receiving and merchandised inside near Altman.
  • Condense and cull product weekly. Product needs to be gone through this week!
