- 3/16 – All stores going forward (skip request will be accepted on non-holiday weeks)

- Toss all remaining product Monday March 9th.

- Merchandised in the racetrack on pallets.
- These should NOT be on the trop tables.

HPA signage
- Stores will receive NEW 12x24 signage in the spring sign kit.
- Please get NEW signage put up in stores by March 2nd. Is this complete??
Palmania
- Palms will start to ship March 9th
- Space should be secure.
- Minimum of six pallets per store.
- Palms will be worked inside until weather breaks.
- Direct ship palms and patio tropicals will ship in May.
The Plant Company
- Shipping Schedule has been sent out.
- Product requests have been sent out.
- Be aggressive culling product on permanent racks to make room for new shipments.
- Water product when needed.
- If stores throw away racks or move them outside let Travis know asap.
Plainview/Altman
- Next week pictures of Altman/Plainview will need to be submitted on Air for ALL stores.
- Plainview will have a sale rack sent in with HPA orders this week.
- Rack should be placed in the racetrack.
- Sale signage will be attached to the racks.
- New Altman guide has been uploaded on the app.
