Focus Items
- Focus on the racetrack pods needs to be Holiday Product. (Merchandising suggestions are on the HF APP)

- The blooming pod should be floral.
- The secondary racetrack pod should be Holiday Décor items.
- New Markdown protocol has been rolled out.
- Tom the Turkey has a very low sell through. Work them near the registers is possible if not they need to go at the front of a pod in the back row.
- Goldfish Baskets need to be at the front of the HB Pod.
- Third party product needs culling and watering. PW Holiday/Permanent racks, Altman, and Planview (make sure shippers are moved off CC racks)
The Plant Company
- Holiday Sale Items
- Replenishment schedule has been sent out.
- Need to cull and water their product next week.
- All product needs to be taken out of cardboard and plastic trays except for PW Littles.
- Holiday racks need to be pallet jacked into HPA for watering.
- Spath in jars need to be thrown away. 100% loss
- More POP for permanent racks will be sent to the farm in December.
- Keep PW Holiday racks for our 4in Product.
Tropical Event
- New Tropical Event starts December 26th.
- This will need to be set before we go on Holiday Break.
- Start working with stores to get space.
PW Product
- IL, IN, MN,WS- 50% Off All Product
- The plant company has their own skus so we can continue to sell ours if we can keep it separate and it still looks good enough to sell.
- Transfer all PW product to one store per supervisor
- Start converting PW POD to your new 4” foliage destination POD.
- Continue to NOT markdown product.
- STL -BACK TO FULL RETAIL
- Work product on pods with Home Décor.
- STL will continue till Jan.
4 in Foliage Pod
- Product should be striped on top of the pod in trays.
- Bottom of pods can be blocked in tray
