Outdoor Guidelines

Focus Items-May is behind us its time to focus on merchandising

  • Watering needs to be the number one focus going forward! Make sure we are asking stores to help water.
  • Remove pallets where needed to fill tables. Seeing a lot of tired product on table runs and fresh product on pallets. We need to fill our tables first.
  • Shade & Part-Sun product need to be protected and taken off the Apron and out of areas that get a lot of sun in the IGC. There are a lot of Hosta’s in the full sun that need to be moved. Do what is best for the plant.
  • Focus on signing tables and endcaps this week. We are missing a lot of 5x8 signage in stores.
  • Price & BMSM signage need to be a focus on racks this week. New 5x8 BMSM signs will be handed out by your District this week.
  • We will need to give up island tables in closed drives/back IGC tables to Altman and Rio in select stores.
