Focus Items

 

  • Apron Table 3 can transition back to 1G OPP. Work 2/3 G product on pallets or available table space.
  • Inventory concerns need to be communicated to Matt Hickey. If we are light on product it needs to be communicated to your DM.
  • If we have overflow racks, they should be HF racks not CC. Try and move product to ours if we have both in stores.
  • Watering needs to be a focus this week.
  • Shade & Part-Sun product need to be protected and taken off the Apron and out of areas that get a lot of sun in the IGC. There are a lot of Hosta’s in the full sun that need to be moved. Do what is best for the plant.
  • Focus on signing tables and endcaps. We are missing a lot of 5x8 signage in stores.
  • HF Overflow racks need to be updated on the DM checklist by 7AM Monday Mornings.
  • Perennial tables & overflow racks need to be uploaded on AIR this week.
  • Straighten Endcap blocks when we are flipping product out on order days.
  • If we have tables that are badly hit with forklifts they need to be fixed.
  • Sweep under tables and end caps after every store visit!
  • If Annual Companies do not want the Monster Rack we can work 1G Vigoro on it. Rio is tired and needs to be removed.

  • Districts, please update the takedown checklist.
  • Product should be moved to available table space.
  • If product is green with no blooms rotate it into the full sun.
  • We need to sweep or leaf blow under islands and tables.
  • ET Grow App submissions need to be completed with each delivery. (We need to get better at making submissions)
  • Ask stores to help water.

  • Accelerator Trees
    • Revisit 50% OFF signage this week.
    • BFS signs need to be made in all stores.
    • Condense trees where we have sold down.
    • 12x24 signs need to be put up in all stores.

    • Shrubs/Roses are 50% OFF. Work with stores & shrub partners to make BFS signage (if not completed already).
    • Merchandise 3G Boxwoods in the corral with like product.
    • Please get shrubs off racks.
